Resurrectionists

New from Michael Patrick Hicks and High Fever Books, The Resurrectionists is out now

Released on 4 June, The Resurrectionists is the first book in the new Salem Hawley series, by Michael Patrick Hicks. Part historical fiction, part terrifying cosmic horror, the novel features the main character Salem Hawley, who will dominate this new series, described above as a “riveting avenger” by Chris Sorensen (The Nightmare Room). The Resurrectionists is a book we’ve been excited about for some time and you can get your copy here.


Gaslight ghosts and ghoulsNew from PS Publishing, Gaslight, Ghosts & Ghouls: A Centenary Celebration

PS Publishing have pulled together a collection of the work of the late R. Chetwynd-Hayes, to mark one hundred years since the author’s birth. During the 70s and 80s, Chetwynd-Hayes was one of the most important British horror writers and editors. To honour his legacy, PS Publishing have pulled together this centenary collection, edited by Stephen Jones. The collection contains sixteen stories, including one rare reprint novella and two stories which have never before been reprinted. As well as that, there are rare photos, some provided by his family and an in-depth interview with the author. Available in three different deluxe formats and launching at Glasgow’s Fantasycon 2019 in October, you can pre-order your copy here.


Graveyard Slaughter Cover OFFICIALKickstarter live and almost funded for Graveyard Slaughter a new horror comic anthology

Featuring an introduction by Paul Tremblay (The Cabin at the End of the World), and put together by Adam McLaughlin and Kevin Watkins of Lunchbox Press, Graveyard Slaughter is a horror comic book anthology that takes its inspiration from the horror section of a classic 80s VHS video rental store. Featuring writers and artists who have previously worked on such renowned comics as Bone ParishGhost RiderVampirella and many more, this anthology will feature classic 80s slasher elements, horror arcade games and other themes to transport you right back to the 80s heyday of horror cinema. Garbage ManNew from author Joseph D’Lacey, comes Garbage Man, out now

Set in Shreeve, a UK town known only for containing the nation’s biggest landfill, Garbage Man features Aggie, a wannabe model who makes a macabre pact with Mason Brand, a former photographer. When something begins to stir beneath the ground, that agreement may be the only thing that can save Aggie and help her escape the town. This third edition of Garbage Man is released ten years after the original release. Featuring an introduction by David Moody (One of Us Will Be Dead by Morning) and a foreword by the author himself, this is a book that fans of D’Lacey’s work will be wanting to get their hands on.
