The Sinister Horror Company reveal cover and author list for The Black Room Manuscripts: Volume Four
After the huge success of the first three volumes, both in terms of the quality of the fiction in their pages and their capacity to raise money for good causes, The Sinister Horror Company have revealed the cover of the fourth and final edition of The Black Room Manuscripts series. In this fourth edition, featured authors include Ramsey Campbell, Erik Hoffstatter, Marie O’Regan and Elizabeth Davis. The proceeds of the anthology will go to the homeless charity Shelter and the foreword is provided by This is Horror’s Michael David Wilson. We’ll bring you more news towards the release date, but you can check out the full press release, here.
New sci-fi horror novel, Contagion, by Erin Bowman released this week
For fans of authors like Jonathan Maberry and films like 28 Days Later, Contagion finds a team following up on a distress call from a distant planet. When they arrive though, they find nothing but an abandoned site, littered with rotten food, discarded equipment and corpses. As the crew investigate, they soon discover that some things are best left buried and that some monsters will take even the smallest opportunities to come back. Released this last Tuesday, 24 July, you can pick up your copy of Contagion, here.
