widowspointNew collaboration between Richard and Billy Chizmar, Widow’s Point, available now

Available in both signed and unsigned hardcover editions, the new novella from Richard and Billy Chizmar is now available from PS Publishing (published by Cemetery Dance). Featuring illustrations by Bob Eggleton, Francois Vaiilancourt and Glenn Chadbourne, depending on the version you buy, Widow’s Point is the story of the lighthouse at Harper’s Cove and the strange, unexplainable deaths that tend to happen there. PyewacketSupernatural horror film, Pyewacket, from the producers of The Witch and The Void, confirmed for European premiere at Glasgow Frightfest

Starring Laurie Holden (The Walking Dead) and Nicole Munoz (Hemlock Grove), Pyewacket is the story of a girl forced to move with her mother to a rural woodland home. After finding a witch-summoning ritual in a book in her new bedroom, the girl uses it in an attempt to kill her mother. When guilt strikes her, she tries to reverse the spell, but something has awoken in the woods. The film will be screened on 3 March and ticketing information is available here.

Wes Craven fans will be able to pick up 1972 classic Last House on the Left from Arrow Video this coming May

For fans of the master of horror, Wes Craven, news of his 1972 classic, Last House on the Left will be most welcome. The release will come in a special edition box with a host of special features, the full list of which is yet to be announced.
