This Is Horror

Live in Scotland: Joseph D’Lacey, Gary McMahon, David Moody and Jasper Bark

For the first time ever we bring our unique live fiction horror show to Scotland at Blackwell’s Edinburgh. Award-winning author, Jasper Bark presents two hours of horror readings, interviews and interactive questions and answers with the audience. Joining Jasper are three of the best writers in the business today:

Joseph D’Lacey, who won the British Fantasy Award for best newcomer in 2009.

Gary McMahon who won the This Is Horror Award for Novel of the Year in 2011 and for Short Story Collection of the Year in 2012.

David Moody, writer of the hit series Autumn and Hater. The former has been made into a motion picture starring David Carradine and Dexter Fletcher, whilst the latter is due to be made into a film produced by Guillermo del Toro and Mark Johnson.

Not only do This Is Horror promise an exciting event which will terrify and humour in equal parts, but this will also mark the Scottish launch of Joseph D’Lacey’s eagerly anticipated novel, Black Feathers.

For more information and updates on this event keep checking back on the website.
